Ans: You are able to order checks online from the bank’s website. However, if you have a Chase Liquid Card account then you aren’t eligible for issuing checks. You can even pay using non-paper methods. You can also pay bills online or send money to any organization or individual with a U.S mailing address. The bank also offers Chase Quick Pay with Zelle to send money electronically to anyone with a U.S bank account.

When will your debit card arrive?

Ans: Your debit card will arrive within 7 to 10 days after you have ordered it. If you have not received your card within 14 days, contact the bank customer care.

How can you know your account and routing number?

Ans: A routing number is a nine-digit number which helps to identify the bank responsible for paying the check. You can find your routing numbers below. You can also find your routing number for your checking account at the bottom of the check at the leftmost corner beside the account number and the check number.

When will your balance show the deposited funds?

Ink Business Unlimited Credit Card

Bonus: In the first three months after opening the account if you spend $3000 or more on purchases you will receive a bonus point of 50000 which can be redeemed to get bonus cash back of $500.

Unlimited cash back: You are also eligible for 1.5% cash back for an unlimited number of times! Each time you use the business unlimited card to make a purchase of products, services etc.(excluding any cash transfers or other banking services) you will earn points. For each $1 that you spend, you will earn 1.5% cash back rewards and each of the dollars you earned as rewards equal to 100 points.
